Everybody LOVES Jasper Conran especially since he joined Designers at Debenhams. His A/W mainline collection didn’t disappoint and there was a mad rush of people trying to get into his runway show!
My outsider view on the runway:
I felt the palette was very muted and ‘dreamy’. The collection is full of soft pastels with slight hints of shimmer and sparkle in bronze tones. My fave piece is the polka dot layer dress with the puffball skirt. I quite liked come of the deep gold vintage looking fur jacket and the floor length black dress jacket is very very soft and sophisticated. Overall I thought the collection was sharp and chic with a bit of Christmas spark in the form on a sequinned dress!
