New Look kisses goodbye to the TALL range…

20 Feb

I got the shock of my life when I went into my local New Look this weekend and found the TALL range had been removed.

New Look Croydon floor level sign

Uh... not anymore if you're TALL

Now I think everyone know’s just how much I love New Look, especially once they expanded on their ranges.  I was totally gutted when in my local store, it had been replaced with more branded labels.  Considering the Croydon store is in a new unit and the Tall range was flying off the shelves daily, I can’t understand why this has happened.

I’ve also noticed online that since the Boxing day sales, the number of Tall items available is around 20, whereas it’s always around a solid 120.  I’m wondering if they’re slowly getting rid of the range all together?  I really hope not as that’ll be the end of my relationship with them…. oh no wait they still do size 9 shoesies!

I hope they don’t go the Dorothy Perkins route

Sad face. I am 6’3″ and it is so hard to find clothes without stores discontinuing their tall lines.

It’s getting worse though! And it’s all without warning! I don’t want to have to buy EVERYTHING online as I like to try on in stores too. Tallgirls.co.uk may be my last resort, but they’re on the expensive side! Mx

I know, we are in the Azores, so really for me, it is all online. But we are headed back to England for a few weeks in April and I was excited to get to go shopping in real life.
